Is Quick Lotto genuine?

Yes. And here is how to check that for yourself, rather than take it from us.

Every gambling site says yes to that, so the answer is worth nothing on its own. What follows is not reassurance — it is a list of things you can go and check, and what you should find when you do.

Check a result against the source, not against us

Draws we take bets on are run by other people and announced publicly. We publish every settled draw on a dated page of its own, so you can take any date, read the numbers we settled against, and compare them with the official announcement — without an account and without asking us.

Two products are exceptions and both say so on their own pages. Some draws are drawn in house by us with a random number generator rather than by a national lottery, and most Satka Matka markets carry names players know while the numbers are ours — we do not publish, mirror or settle against any other market’s result. Where that is true, the page says it above the bet slip rather than in small print.

Read the price before you stake, not after

Every lottery page states the odds of each prize tier and the multiple it pays, before you place anything. The rate is frozen onto your bet at the moment it is taken, so a change to the table afterwards cannot alter what an open bet is worth.

The house-drawn games publish the multiple and deliberately do not publish odds, because on a fixed-return prize game the chance is not a fixed number and printing one would be a claim we cannot stand behind. A site that shows you odds for its own draw is making exactly that claim.

Your own record, which we cannot quietly edit

Every stake and every payout is a double-entry ledger posting, not a number written over your balance. Your account carries the whole of it — each bet, what it matched, what it paid — and support reads the same rows you do.

A lottery ticket also arrives as an email the moment you buy it, carrying the draw, the date, your ticket reference and the numbers you picked. It is sent before the draw is made, so the copy in your inbox is evidence that predates the result — and it is the one record here that is not ours to touch. Your tickets page holds every line of every ticket beside it.

Getting money out

The honest version: withdrawals are reviewed before they are sent, larger ones take longer, and an account that has never deposited cannot withdraw. The limits, the methods and the timings are written down in one place rather than discovered at the moment you ask.

We deduct no tax from a withdrawal: what you withdraw is what leaves. Any tax owed on winnings is yours to handle under the law where you live, and we are not able to give tax advice.

Limits you set that we cannot talk you out of

Deposit limits, loss limits, a time-out and self-exclusion are in your account settings. A limit takes effect immediately when you tighten it and only after a delay when you loosen it — which is the point of it — and support cannot lift one on your behalf.

What we are not going to tell you

That you will win. Every game here has a house edge, that is how the site pays for itself, and over enough bets it is the only outcome the arithmetic allows. The guides set out the real odds rather than the flattering ones.
