Terms and conditions
These are the rules of playing at Quick Lotto. By opening an account you agree to them, together with the terms shown on each promotion you take part in.
Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. Playing must be legal where you are, and checking that is your responsibility.
Your account
An account is for one person, who must be the person playing on it, depositing into it and being paid from it. The details you give us must be true and your own.
Keep your login details private. Play on your account is treated as yours. Your wallet currency is set when you open the account.
One account per person
Each person may hold one account. You may not open a second account, play on somebody else’s, or let anybody else play on yours — whether to claim an offer again, to get round a limit, or for any other reason.
We look for accounts that belong to the same person, including accounts that share a device, a browser, an email address, a phone number or payout details.
Duplicate accounts
Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice. Winnings and deposits on those accounts will not be paid out. This applies to every account involved, and any bonus on them is void.
If you already have an account and cannot get into it, contact support rather than opening a new one.
Bonuses and bonus abuse
Every offer has its own terms on its promotion page: what it gives, how many times a bonus must be wagered before it can be withdrawn, and how long you have. Only one bonus with a wagering requirement can be active at a time.
Your own cash is always spent before bonus funds. Some games can only be played with cash.
Bonus abuse is not allowed. It includes:
- opening more than one account, or using other people’s accounts, to claim an offer more than once;
- sharing offers, accounts or payment details with other players to work together on a bonus;
- betting in a way meant to clear wagering without real risk, such as covering both sides of an outcome;
- using a fault or an error on the site to gain a bonus or winnings.
Where we find bonus abuse, the bonus and any winnings from it are removed and the account may be suspended. Abuse involving more than one account is also treated under the duplicate account rule above.
Deposits and withdrawals
No deposit, no withdrawal. An account must have made at least one deposit before it can withdraw, including winnings from free tickets or bonuses.
We ask for proof of identity before a withdrawal is paid, and we may ask for documents at other times, for example during a review of the account.
Only genuine documents. Submitting a forged or altered document, or somebody else’s document, for identity or address verification may lead to your account being suspended.
Deposits must come from a payment method in your own name — your own card, bank account, UPI app or crypto wallet. Withdrawals are paid only to a destination in your own name.
A withdrawal cannot be cancelled once you have requested it. Large wins may be reviewed before they are paid.
If you reverse a deposit through your bank or payment provider, we may suspend the account and recover the amount from your balance.
Outside India, a balance in your local currency is paid out in USDT or USDC. The rate is shown and fixed when you request the withdrawal.
Large jackpot wins are paid under their own arrangements, and our team contacts the winner directly. Minimums, maximums and payment methods for each currency are listed on one page. Deposits and withdrawals
Bets and results
A lottery bet is a fixed-odds bet on the result of an official draw: you are betting on the numbers, not buying a ticket in that draw. Bets are settled against the official results, at the prizes shown before you play. Draws we run ourselves are marked as ours.
A bet cannot be cancelled once it has been accepted, except where these terms say so. A standing order keeps placing its lines on every draw until you cancel it.
If a draw does not take place, every bet on it is voided and the full stake is returned to your wallet.
Where a result published by an outside source is corrected after bets were settled, we may settle those bets again on the corrected result. This can remove a win that was already credited.
Casino games are supplied by independent game studios, and each game’s outcome is decided by that game.
If a game or the site malfunctions, the bets and wins affected by the malfunction are void, and the stakes on those bets are returned.
If a bet is accepted or settled at a clearly wrong price, prize or result because of a technical or human error, we may cancel it or correct how it was settled. The stake on a cancelled bet is returned.
Amounts shown in a currency other than your wallet’s are estimates. Your balance, bets and prizes are always in your wallet currency.
Any tax due on your winnings where you live is your responsibility.
Inactive accounts
If nobody has signed in to an account for 12 months, we may close it. We email the account’s address before closing it, and you can still ask support to withdraw your cash balance afterwards. No fee is charged for inactivity.
Messages from us
We send messages about your account, deposits and withdrawals. You can unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time; account messages still reach you. Privacy
Taking a break or closing your account
You can ask for a deposit limit, a break of any length or a permanent self-exclusion. Responsible gambling
Questions and complaints
If something has gone wrong, or you disagree with a decision on your account, tell our support team.
Treat our team with respect. Abusive, threatening or offensive language towards our staff, by email, live chat or any other channel, may lead to your account being suspended.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change materially we will say so on the site rather than editing them quietly.
