• Over the last 61 draws, 16 came up 13 times and 4 came up 2. A fair draw would average 7.8 each, and a spread this size is what randomness looks like at this sample size.
• The full spread scores 44.9 on a fairness test that would need to exceed 62.8 before the draw looked biased. It does not. This is evidence the draw is even — not a reason to prefer any number in it.
• A number that came up in one draw came up again in the next one 11.7% of the time. Any number at all appears 12.8% of the time. Those two being the same is the answer to "is it hot?" and to "is it due?" — the draw has no memory of what it did last week.
